Two Suspects Trespass on Mahaffey Man’s Property

BANKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, an incident of Criminal Trespassing occurred between 11:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on August 24 in Banks Township, Indiana County.

Police say two known suspects were allegedly found trespassing on a 50-year-old Mahaffey man’s property located in a wooded area along Beckett Road.

The suspects were asked to leave and did so, say police.

According to police, no charges were filed by the victim.

The names of the two suspects were not released.
