Two-Vehicle Collision on Route 36

police-car-woodsBARNETT TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police say a two-vehicle accident occurred yesterday on State Route 36, south of Songer Road, in Barnett Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 11:06 a.m., a 2002 Peterbilt came to a stop for traffic on the roadway and was struck in the rear by a 2004 Chevrolet Impala.

No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were operable after the collision.

Sigel Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The names of the drivers were not released.
