Butch Janocha served our country in the United States Army.

Name: John F. “Butch” Janocha

Born: June 13, 1933

Died: November 10, 2021

Hometown: Rossiter, Pa.

Branch: U.S. Army

Butch enlisted in the United States Army, serving in the Korean War, where he was stationed in Germany.

He also served the community through his memberships with the Church of the Resurrection in Rossiter and the Rossiter American Legion.

He was laid to rest at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Glen Campbell.
