Brockway EMS transported a 15-year-old female passenger in Byler’s buggy to Penn Highlands DuBois for treatment of moderate injuries.

The Amish buggy sustained damage, and the horse that was pulling the buggy was injured and died as a result of the crash.

Ross was charged with a traffic violation.
