FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) –A Franklin attorney has been disbarred from practicing law in the state of Pennsylvania by order of the State Supreme Court.
According to Law360.com, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court adopted a disciplinary board’s recommendation that Franklin attorney James Paul Carbone be disbarred for his actions in three separate cases.
Carbone, who has been a lawyer in Pennsylvania since 1999, was disbarred for violating the rules of professional conduct, including improperly questioning victims in a sexual assault case and misrepresenting to the jury he was going to present evidence that didn’t exist.
