PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL…0.1 TO 0.5 INCH.

* IMPACTS…RAINFALL WITH SNOW MELT AND SATURATED SOIL MAY CAUSE
FLOODING OF STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. ICE JAM FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING.

BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE
