…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT SATURDAY…
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for freezing rain and snow…which is in effect until 6 AM EDT Saturday.
* HAZARD TYPES…freezing rain and snow mix
* ACCUMULATIONS…ice accumulation of a trace to tenth of an inch with snow accumulation of up to 1 inch.
* IMPACTS…ice and snow will create slippery and snow covered roadways.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties.
