…WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON…
* WHAT…Very cold wind chills expected. Frostbite is possible in as little as 30 minutes on exposed skin. Expect wind chills to range from 10 to 22 below zero.
* WHERE…Portions of western Pennsylvania, east-central Ohio and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN…Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
