* WIND…West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* PERIOD OF STRONGEST WIND…Tonight and early Monday.
* IMPACTS…Wind may blow down limbs…trees…and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
This Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph are expected.

…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM EST MONDAY…
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow and snow squalls…which is in effect from 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS…1 to 3 inches.
* TIMING…Rain will change to snow late this afternoon. The period of heaviest snow will be overnight through early Monday.
* WIND…West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS…Snow will cover roads. Blowing snow will hinder clearance efforts and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Winter Weather Advisory means snow will cause travel difficulties.
