JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following Urgent Winter Message at 3:50 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2019:

* WHAT…Freezing rain expected. Ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.
