PUNXSUTAWNEY BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney Borough Police, an alleged incident of child abuse occurred on Greenwood Avenue, in Punxsutawney, Jefferson County.
Police say on May 10 a known woman slapped a 7-year-old male on the face causing injury to the child.
Charges of Simple Assault, Endangering Welfare of a Child, and Harassment have been filed against Latta at Judge Chambers office in Punxsutawney.
As of May 16, no information has been recorded in court documents.
