According to court documents, on December 7, 2015, Brockway Boro Police Department filed a criminal complaint against 28-year-old Ashley Jane Bianco as a result of an incident that occurred on November 11, 2015.
She faces the following charges:
- Two counts of Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Felony 3
- Two counts of Contraband/Non-Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor 1
- Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
- Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. on December 17 in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Bianco is also facing drug charges from an incident that occurred on July 27, 2015.
Bianco’s current address is Correctional Facility, Brookville, Pa.
