Chainsaw Carvers Roundup, Auction, Herb & Fiber Arts Festival and Soup Luncheon Fundraiser

This show features amazing demonstrations as the chainsaw artists display their talents. Watch as life-like animals, caricatures, plants, etc. appear from a “simple” log. Products are available for sale from the artists. Attend the auction on both Saturday and Sunday to bid on these wonderfully crafted pieces. (Time of auctions is to be announced.) Herb and other plant vendors…live and dried herbs, plants, spices, flowers, earth-related craft and art work (bird houses, plant holders, etc.), as well as fiber-related arts and crafts, environmental-related items and how-to books. At the Soup Luncheon Fundraiser you will receive a hand-thrown New Salem Stoneware pottery soup bowl (which is yours to keep), homemade soup, bread, herbed butter and a drink for one low price. This is also a Soup Challenge with soups from local restaurants and individuals. You get to choose the winner of the “People’s Choice” Award. Get in line early and vote for your favorite soup.
