Laurie’s Apple Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 – 8 oz, pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 – 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 – 9″ graham cracker crust
1-3/4 cups apple pie filling
Ground cinnamon
Directions
~In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add whipped topping.
~Pour into crust. Top with pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon.
~Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
~Makes 8 servings.
