Police Respond to PFA Complaint in Union Township

UNION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Around 11:50 a.m. on January 15, Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a complaint on Howe Road, in Union Township, Jefferson County.

Police say the complaint involved Indirect Criminal Contempt for a Violation of a PFA (Protection From Abuse) at the above described location.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that this incident was unfounded and that no violation had occurred.
