State Police Calls: DUI Arrests, Wiretapping Alleged

DuBOIS, Pa. (EYT) — DuBois-based State Police responded to the following incidents.

Man found with marijuana during traffic stop

According to police, a 28-year-old man, no name or address given, was found to be in possession of about 25 grams of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette during a traffic stop June 16 on Interstate 80 near mile marker 106.4 in Union Township, Clearfield County.

Man suspected of DUI

According to police, a 44-year-old man, no name or address given, drove a motor vehicle May 20 on Luthersburg-Rockton Road in Brady Township, Clearfield County while under the influence of drugs. He was also found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Woman accused of wiretapping

State Police reported that a known, but unidentified 17-year-old female illegally recorded her manager on June 3 using a personal cell phone.

The 17-year-old female said she did not consent to the recording.
