UPDATE: Punxsy Man Allegedly Gave Drugs to Minor, Had Sexual Relations with Her

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – A Punxsutawney man is facing 60 criminal charges for allegedly having sexual relations with a minor and providing her with marijuana.

According to a court documents, Punxsutawney Borough Police filed criminal charges against 18-year-old Daniel Jablonski, of Punxsutawney.

According to a criminal complaint, on Sunday, July 16, 2017, it was discovered that the victim was allegedly having a sexual relationship with Daniel Jablonski for approximately seven months.

The victim stated that Jablonski also provided her with marijuana from January 2017 until July 2017 on a frequent basis, the complaint indicates.

Based on the investigation, the following charges were filed against Jablonski:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Deliver, Felony (15 counts)
  • Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3 (15 counts)
  • Corruption Of Minors, Misdemeanor 1 (15 counts)
  • Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Misdemeanor 1 (15 counts)

Unable to post $35,000.00 bail, he was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on July 26 in Magisterial District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers’s office.
