SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A snowman on the distinctly snow-free streets of Sacramento, California has drawn crowds of baffled onlookers.
An employee of the nearby Old Soul Coffee business reportedly said that she had someone bring the snow down from South Lake Tahoe to give the snow-free city of Sacramento a special seasonal treat.
