France – Police in France said the 38-year mystery of a stolen car was solved when a drought caused the water to recede in a swamp.
Police in Chalons-en-Champagne said a property owner contacted authorities Aug. 28 to report a muddy pond on their property had receded amid a recent drought and revealed the top of a Peugeot 104 buried in the swamp.
