PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of indecent assault is under investigation at the Jefferson County Jail in Pine Creek Township.
According to police, around 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, an incident involving two inmates occurred at the Jefferson County Jail.
Police say a known male victim was subjected to unwanted physical contact by a 55-year-old Punxsutawney man.
This incident remains under investigation.
