State Police Issue Warrant for Non-Compliant Transient Sex Offender in Brockway

GraysonBROCKWAY BORO, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a man who failed to register as a sex offender under the requirements of Megan’s Law required for transients.

Police say 35-year-old Kenneth Edward Grayson failed to register as a sex offender when he left Just for Jesus Homeless Outreach Ministries in Brockway on May 22.

Grayson is black, 5’8″ tall, 220 lbs., and has brown eyes. He bears a cross tattoo on his right calf.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Grayson was convicted of the following offense:

  • Aggravated Indecent Assault, Conviction Date – March 3, 2004

Grayson’s Megan Law registration began on November 6, 2007.

The registration was last updated on May 20, 2016.

He is registered as a Tier 3 sex offender, which requires a lifetime registration.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
