BURNSIDE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, an assault occurred at Harmony School District, in Burnside Township, Clearfield County.
Police say around 11:30 p.m. on December 8, a known female juvenile victim reported that she was attacked from behind by a known Clearfield female juvenile suspect.
According to police, the suspect repeatedly struck the victim in the head while in the school’s cafeteria eating lunch.
The victim reported seeking medical attention for injuries sustained in the attack and was diagnosed with a concussion.
The investigation continues.
