Faithful servant, Clara Margaret (Ernest) Pernick, 93 years old, daughter of John Paul Ernest and Mary Bridge, wife of John Pernick Sr, joined her family in heaven on March 20, 2015.
Born in Punxsutawney, PA July 17,1921 and a graduate of Sts. Cosmas and Damian High School there, Clara lived for many years in Cleveland, OH and Sinnemahoning, PA.
There will be no visitation.
A Mass will be said at St Mark Catholic Church in Emporium following a burial at Gilmore Cemetery in Austin, PA at a date to later be announced.
Her surviving children Sandra Rhodes, John and wife Joan Pernick, and Susan Pernick, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends will miss her kind soul dearly.
Clara is preceded in death by her parents, husband John, sister Mary and brothers: Joe, John, Len, Arthur and Tom and a son-in-law Carl Rhodes.
