Jefferson County Fair Continues Through July 25

Rawhide RodeoBROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – The Jefferson County Fair continues through July 25, including a Rawhide Professional Rodeo on Friday and a full-size car demolition derby on Saturday.

On Friday, July 24, the carnival opens at 5:00 p.m. A Premier Showmanship Contest and the Rawhide Professional Rodeo are at 7:00 p.m, and rodeo admission is included in the regular fair admission price. Community Stage Evening Entertainment includes: “Animal Alley” Exotic Animal Displays open all day, Howard Mincone Strolling Entertainer all evening, Steve Clark & “The Rockers” Band from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Special Band Entertainment To Be Announced from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

On Saturday, July 25, the Memorial Horse Show is at 9:00 a.m. Release time for all animals and chickens is to be announced and the carnival opens at 1:00 p.m. Figure 8 Races begin at 2:00 p.m., and a Full-Size Car Demolition Derby will be held at 7:00 p.m. Community Stage Entertainment includes: “Animal Alley” Exotic Animal Displays, “Kim Thomas’ Fiddle Contest from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. following registration at Noon, “The Banned” (Sam Sears & Jared Thomas) – 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., and Blair Hindman Band from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m.
