PIKESVILLE, Maryland (EYT) – A 13-year-old boy responded to a reported dare from other students by kissing a 14-year-old girl without her permission, prompting assault charges against the boy.
Police in Baltimore County say the boy will face second-degree assault charges as a juvenile and face additional punishment from the school.
At least one local woman said she doesn’t believe the act merits an assault charge.
