35-Year-Old Man Faces Six Felony Charges in Ringgold Theft

Legal-scales-books-gavel-Image-1024x681[1]RINGGOLD TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Felony theft charges and related offenses were filed against a 35-year-old man stemming from an incident that occurred in Ringgold Township, Jefferson County.

According to court documents, State Police in Punxsutawney filed a criminal complaint against 35-year-old Ryan Dennis Snyder for an incident that occurred on June 20, 2015.

He faces the following charges:

  • Two counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 2
  • Two counts of Theft By Deception-Fail To Correct, Felony 2
  • Two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Felony 2

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on January 5, 2016, in front of Magisterial District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers.

Snyder’s current address is Correctional Facility, Kittanning, Pa.
