PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a DUI arrest was made on State Route 322, near Lutheran Cemetery Road, in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, on February 19, 2016, Michael Tyler White, of Reynoldsville, was observed committing a summary traffic violation. During the stop, White was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
It was further determined that White was operating a motor vehicle while allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance, police say.
Charges are pending.
