William E. Dickerson, 70, of Corsica, served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War.

Dickerson served his country from 1964 to 1968 in the U.S. Marine Corp in Vietnam. He was an expert marksman.

Dickerson was also a member of the Brookville Fireman’s Club.

He enjoyed art, fish and travel.

On March 23, 1996, in Homosassa, FL, he married the former Judy M. Flinchbaugh, and she survives.
