State Police Calls: Access Device Fraud, Banks Township Crash

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Theft by Deception in Porter Township

Around 1:00 p.m. on October 13, state police investigated an incident of access device theft on Porter Road, in Porter Township.

There were four on-line purchases valued at $243.89.

The victim is a 33-year-old Punxsutawney woman.

The investigation continues.

Two-Vehicle Crash in Banks Township

The crash occurred on State Route 286 in Banks Township, Indiana County, around 9:27 p.m. on October 5, as a 2006 Hyundai Tucson was traveling west and a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling east.

The Hyundai crossed over the double-yellow center-line and crashed into the Chevrolet.

No injuries were reported.
