William “Bill” Rice, Jr.

William “Bill” Rice, Jr., 60, of Sunset Beach, NC., formerly of Dubois, PA, died suddenly on Monday, April 16, 2018, at his home. Born on March 29, 1958 in Scenery Hill, PA, he was the son of William and Peggy (Pettit) Rice. Bill drove a truck for ABF Freight. He loved restoring antique cars, riding his Harley Davidson and taking his beloved wife Angela, to the beach. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He always helped his neighbors and never met a stranger. He will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Bill is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Angela; sons, Ryan Rice and Andy Rice, both of Washington, PA; stepson, Ryan Slack of Dubois, PA; daughters, Brianna Rice and Nichole Rice, both of Washington, PA; sisters, Debra Goodwin, Brenda Polen, and Rebecca Conner; five grandchildren; many special nieces and nephews; and beloved boxers, Sampson and Jayde.
