PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – The case against a Punxsutawney man facing 60 criminal charges for allegedly having sex with a minor and providing her with marijuana has been waived for court.
According to court documents, the case against 19-year-old Daniel Jablonski has been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Jablonski is free on $35,000.00 unsecured bail.
The case is working its way through the court system.
According to a criminal complaint, on Sunday, July 16, 2017, it was discovered that the victim was allegedly having a sexual relationship with Daniel Jablonski for approximately seven months.
The victim stated that Jablonski also provided her with marijuana from January 2017 until July 2017 on a frequent basis, the complaint indicates.
Based on the investigation, the following charges were filed against Jablonski:
- Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Deliver, Felony (15 counts)
- Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3 (15 counts)
- Corruption Of Minors, Misdemeanor 1 (15 counts)
- Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Misdemeanor 1 (15 counts)
