Truck Crashes into Mill Creek Between Hazen and Reynoldsville Exits of I-80 Early Tuesday

HAZEN, Pa. (EYT) – According to Jefferson County Emergency Services, a wreck involving a semi-truck occurred at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at mile marker 84.4 on Interstate 80 westbound between the Hazen and Reynoldsville exits.

Authorities said the crash happened near a construction zone. Photos of the wreck show the truck left the highway and ended up in Mill Creek.

According to the Dubois PSP, there is no information regarding the cause of the crash or whether anyone was injured.
