Ora H. “Kitty” Fox

Ora H. “Kitty” Fox, 73 of Punxsutawney, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at DuBois Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Fox was born June 3, 1942 in Corsica, a daughter of the late Frank O and Bertha E. (Heller) Stephens.

Ora’s life revolved around her family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she adored.

She is survived by four sons; John Fox and friend Cindy Cherico of Clarion, Bill Fox and wife Debi of Punxsutawney, Charles “Ed” Fox and wife Helen of Punxsutawney, Vince Fox of Punxsutawney, one daughter; Jane Hetager and husband Eric of Brookville, one brother; Bob Stephens and wife Rose of Punxsutawney, ten grandchildren; Johnathon Skidmore, Roxanne Gossert, Nichole Himes, Jacob Hetager, Heather McAdams, Randy Fox, Courtney Fox, Tiffany Fox, Ashley Hain, A.J Carey, six, great-grandchildren; Christian & Terrance Cox, Wyatt & Madalyn Himes, Liam McAdams, Makenzie Hain and her good friend Lura Nichols of Punxsutawney.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday, October 20, at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, October 21, at the funeral home with Pastor Janice Bracken officiating.

Interment will follow at Worthville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Ms. Fox’s name to the Dubois Nursing Home, 212 S. 8th Street, DuBois, PA 15801 or Fresenius Medical Care, 635 Maple Avenue, Dubois, PA. 15801.
