25-year-old Brookville Man Accused of Having Sex with Underage Girl at Memorial Park

handcuff-300x225BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Charges are pending against a 25-year-old Brookville man in connection with sex crimes involving a 16-year-old girl.

According to Brookville Police, a 25-year-old man allegedly engaged in sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl multiple times during the summer of 2014.

The incidents are alleged to have occurred at Walter Dick Memorial Park on Water Plant Road.

Brookville Police have not released the name of the accused; however, they did confirm that he is a resident of Just for Jesus Homeless Outreach.

According to Brookville Police Chief Jason Brown, a Criminal Complaint has been filed, but the suspect has not been formally charged by the Jefferson County District Attorney.

Additional details, including the name of the accused, will be published when charges are formally filed.
