26-Year-Old Man Faces DUI Charges in Pine Creek Township

gavelPINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a DUI arrest was made on State Route 322, near Lutheran Cemetery Road, in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, 26-year-old Kyle Addison Dickey, of Kittanning, was stopped for a speeding violation.

During the traffic stop, it was allegedly determined he was DUI.

The following charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak’s office:

  • DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • DUI: High Rte of Alc (Bac.10 – .16) 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • Fail To Keep Right, Summary
  • Exceed 55 MPH In Other Loc By 25 MPH
  • Careless Driving

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on December 8 with Judge Bazylak presiding.
