CANOE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police report an incident of Harassment occurred around 5:45 p.m. on September 13 in Canoe Township, Indiana County.
Police say Tina Marie Bowser, 37, of Punxsutawney became engaged in an argument with a 32-year-old female victim, also of Punxsutawney, at a location on Railroad Street in the Village of Rossiter.
The argument turned physical when Bowser allegedly struck the victim in the face with an open hand slap, according to police.
Bowser was issued a non-traffic citation for Harassment.
