38-Year-Old Man Charged with Megan’s Law Violation in Brockway

dreakfordBROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – A 38-year-old man – who is listed as a transient – faces felony charges in Brockway for non-compliance of Megan’s Law requirements.

According to court documents, on December 14, 2015, Brockway Borough Police Department filed a criminal complaint against 38-year-old Chad Lamar Dreakford.

He faces a charge of Verify Address or Photographed as Required, Felony 2.

He is awaiting a preliminary hearing with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana presiding.

According to the Megan’s Law website, Dreakford was convicted on April 8, 2005, for a Second Degree Sex Offense.

His registration began on May 8, 2014, and was last updated on June 10, 2015.

Dreakford is listed on Megan’s Law website as Non-Compliant Transient.

Dreakford is a Tier 3 offender and is subject to a lifetime registration.
