PINECREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Authorities are investigating a case of Indecent Assault in Pinecreek Twp., Jefferson County.
Punxsutawney-based State Police say the incident allegedly occurred at a location along Route 28 on April 24.
Police say a known 74-year-old Fairmount City man is accused of having “indecent contact” with a a 72-year-old Brookville woman.
The investigation is ongoing.
