JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. – A freezing rain advisory remains in effect for Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following urgent winter weather message at 9:52 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2015:
