Alma J. Cappetta, age 81, of Brockway, PA; died on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Highland View Health Care in Brockway.
Born in Crenshaw, PA; on November 13, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel Johnson Elias. She was married to Joseph L. Cappetta and he preceded her in death on December 21, 2014. Alma was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her sons and attending her grandchildrens sporting events.
She is survived by two sons: Michael (Lynda) Cappetta and Stephen (Pamela) Cappetta both of Brockway; her grandchildren Stephen, Kyle, Taylor, and Katlyn Cappetta, Breanna Yohe; great grandchildren Tehya and Tegan, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a sister Joyce (Rich) Grecco of Brockway.
In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by a son Jospeh D. Cappetta, brothers Herbert, James, Donald Elias and an infant brother Thomas.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 4 at 9:30 AM at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Msgr. Charles Kaza presiding. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Highland View Health Care in Brockway or Mengle Memorial Library.
