Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint filed on November 10, Task Force Officers on July 9 met for the purposes of conducting a controlled purchase of OxyCotin 15mg tablets from Noah Douglas, for $200.00, utilizing a confidential informant (CI).

OxyContin is a Schedule II Controlled Substance, a semi-synthetic narcotic analgesic, and a name-brand form of oxycodone.

On July 9, the CI communicated with Douglas via electronic communication and confirmed the purchase of 10 tablets for $200.00. The two individuals met at the Sheetz located at 1408 Main Street in Brockway, Jefferson County, the complaint states.

According to the complaint, the CI acquired the tablets from Douglas, and a sub-sequential lab report confirmed the tablets contained 15mg of oxycodone-hydrochloride each.
