UPDATE: Missing Toddler Found Alive

12107815_1611728949092396_749227600430074966_n1[1]WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA (EYT) – An Ohio toddler who went missing Friday has been found safe.

2-year-old Rainn Peterson was reported to have wandered away from her grandparent’s Trumbull County home on Friday, October 2.

According to WFMJ, she was found Sunday around 6:30 p.m. approximately 1 mile from her grandparent’s home.

Sources say Rainn was not injured but was cold. She was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

Early Sunday evening the search expanded into Western Pennsylvania when the Pennsylvania State Police issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert on behalf of the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office.
