HUSTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Dubois-based State Police say an incident of harassment occurred on May 5 around 9:15 p.m. on Ponderosa Drive in Huston Township, Clearfield County.
According to police, Jeremy Michael Ferrara, 29, of Brockway, allegedly kicked a known 29-year-old Penfield man in the side as his back was turned.
The investigation is ongoing.
