Brockway Man Arrested for DUI, Drug Possession in Brady Township

police-car-woodsBRADY TWP., CLEARFIELD CO., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police made a DUI and controlled substance arrest on October 5, along Route 322 in Brady Township, Clearfield County.

According to police, around 2:52 a.m. on October 5, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for an equipment violation along Route 322 at its intersection with Oklahoma-Salem Road.

Police say further investigation revealed the 21-year-old male suspect, of Brockway, was under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was reportedly taken into custody for DUI and was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Charges will be filed pending final blood results before District Court 46-3-01.
