Brockway Man Charged With Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats

BROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – A Brockway man is facing charges of simple assault and terroristic threats.

According to online court documents, Richard Martin Iddings, 51, of Brockway, is facing two counts of second-degree misdemeanor simple assault and three counts of first-degree misdemeanor terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another for an incident taking place September 25.

Iddings was arraigned at 1:39 p.m. September 25 before District Judge Robert Chambers, with bail set at $25,000.00 unsecured.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 12:00 p.m. October 14, with District Judge David Inzana presiding.
