WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Brockway man is facing felony sexual assault and related charges stemming from an incident that occurred on October 10, 2015, in Washington Township, Jefferson County.
According to court documents, DuBois-based State Police arrested 19-year-old Robert Michael Kline, of Brockway, on December 13, 2015.
Kline was arraigned at 5:34 p.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana on the following charges:
- Statutory Sexual Assault: 4-8 Years Older, Felony 2
- Aggravated Indecent Assault – Comp. Less Than 16, Felony 2
- Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 2
Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. on December 23 with Judge Inzana presiding.
