Brookville Borough Police Calls: Man Cited for Disorderly Conduct for Urinating in Public; Drug Possession

BROOKVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police Department recently responded to the following calls:

Disorderly Conduct

Around 6:03 p.m. on May 8, Brookville Borough Police initiated a traffic stop at the Hurricane Truck Wash in Brookville.

According to police, during the stop, the driver of the vehicle got out of his truck and urinated at the front of the truck in public view.

Police say the suspect is being charged with disorderly conduct.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Public Intoxication/Drug Possession

Brookville Borough Police were requested to respond to a report of a man passed out on Main Street on May 8.

Police say through investigation, it was found the man, identified as a known 33-year-old, was under the influence of a controlled substance or combination of controlled substances and in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine.

The name of the suspect was not released.
