Brookville Couple Plead Guilty To Running Meth Lab

reddinger-mugsBROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Brookville couple recently entered guilty pleas on charges of running a Methamphetamine lab earlier this year.

Tiffany Ann Reddinger, 45, and Daniel Lee Reddinger, 44, both of 1227 McManigle Road, Brookville, entered guilty pleas earlier this fall.

Tiffany Reddinger pleaded guilty on October 5 to the Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance. She is currently awaiting sentencing.

Daniel Reddinger pleaded guilty in September to Criminal Conspiracy and was sentenced to five years probation by President Judge John Foradora.

The charges were filed after a search warrant was executed at their residence revealing an active “one-pot” methamphetamine lab.

Jefferson County Drug Task Force Agents Turnbull and Stormer initiated the investigation in December of 2015. Through surveillance and data collection, investigators were able to obtain a search warrant for the Reddinger residence.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Officer Stormer, it was determined that Daniel and Tiffany Reddinger purchased several ingredients necessary to manufacture Methamphetamine. The purchases were allegedly made by both individuals on multiple occasions throughout 2016.

These ingredients were often purchased at known locations in Jefferson County; the items included Pseudoephedrine, liquid petroleum fuel, ammonium nitrate, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, and lithium.

On many occasions these precursors were purchased using a MasterCard Credit Card issued to Daniel L. Reddinger.
