BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Recently Chloe Smith, 11, of Brookville celebrated with friends at the Brookville Lanes for a birthday party.
Chloe asked each of her friends for a donation to the Clarion PUPs organization rather than receiving a birthday gift for herself.
Chloe turned 11 years old on Christmas Eve.
