Brookville Man Accused of ‘Repeatedly’ Punching Two Women; One Airlifted to UPMC Altoona

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police have released information regarding a Brookville man who allegedly struck two females in the face repeatedly, resulting in one victim to be airlifted for medical treatment. 

According to DuBois-based State Police, the incident occurred as two known females engaged in a verbal argument with 27-year-old Samuel Thomas Glenn, of Brookville, around 9:25 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, at a location along Horseshoe Drive, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Police say the argument became physical when Glenn repeatedly struck both females in the face with a closed fist.

Both females were transported to Penn Highland DuBois for treatment of their injuries.

One of the known females was then transported to UPMC Altoona by STAT MedEvac for more extensive treatment, police said.

The victims are listed as a 23-year-old Reynoldsville woman and a 24-year-old DuBois woman.

Glenn faces the following charges:

– Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2 (two counts)
– Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact, Summary (two counts)

The above charges were filed in Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana’s office on Wednesday, August 3.

A preliminary hearing is slated for Wednesday, September 14, at 10:00 a.m., with Judge Inzana presiding.
